1. Service Description
ATLAS Homecare provides:
- AI-powered companion services via phone and SMS
- Medication reminders and health tracking
- Family coordination and access portal
- Scam and fraud detection
- Doctor visit preparation assistance
2. Account Registration
To use our service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have authorization to provide care recipient information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with service operation
- Use the service to harass or harm others
- Resell or redistribute the service
4. Phone Number Provisioning
We provision a dedicated phone number for your ATLAS service. You understand that:
- The number is leased, not owned
- Standard SMS/call rates from your carrier may apply
- The number may be reclaimed if service is terminated
- We comply with telecommunications regulations
5. Health Information Disclaimer
Medical Disclaimer: ATLAS is not a medical device. Our AI provides general health reminders and information based on data you provide. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional medical care. In emergencies, call 911.
6. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time; service continues until period end
- Refunds are provided per our refund policy
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ATLAS Homecare are owned by AISim and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the service "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISim from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will cease
- Your phone number may be released
- You may request a data export before termination
- Certain provisions survive termination
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
